I had a small stumble - found out, after not being able to get out of bed in screaming pain, that I had hip bursitis. Painful! After going to urgent care, getting some meds and rest, I am on the mend. Just a reminder from above that I have to start exercising and moving like I used to.

New Year 2012
I am just so grateful today. I had the best holiday season ever - time spent with family and friends is ALWAYS so AWESOME. I am living my best life now, seriously. Everyday that the Good Lord gives me is a gift.
